I provide parental mental health workshops, seminars and resources for corporate leadership and employees designed to raise awareness and reduce stigma. When employers promote resources and education about perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and encourage new and expecting parents to seek help, employees can receive earlier diagnosis and experience better outcomes.
Academic Institutions
I provide maternal mental health curriculum design and course instruction aimed at developing a workforce of licensed professionals equipped to screen, refer and treat clients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
