I work with government agencies, non-profit organizations, hospitals, corporations, and academic institutions to raise maternal mental health awareness, provide training and education, and develop evidence-based best, practices in prevention, screening, referral, and treatments designed to improve perinatal outcomes.

I work with federal, state and local government agencies as a perinatal mental health consultant and advisor. I provide training and evidence-based best practice and policy design and implementation aimed at improving maternal mental health outcomes, reducing racial disparities, and advancing reproductive health equity.

I provide maternal mental health training, psychoeducation, case consultation, and evidence-based programming designed to support pregnant and postpartum women and birthing people experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My goal is to ensure that families transition successfully into parenthood.  

I offer maternal mental health professional development through training, education, and the implementation of innovative programs and workflows to address perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have trained over 8,000 multidisciplinary providers at 30 hospitals including:
