I provide quality improvement and management consulting services to federal, state and local government agencies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of perinatal mental health services and organizational processes. My work strives to improve patient-centered outcomes, reduce racial disparities, and advance reproductive health equity by:

  • Identifying and defining perinatal mental health opportunities

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions

  • Monitoring and evaluating results

  • Disseminating knowledge and best practices across the agency

  • Providing perinatal mental health training and education
